Privacy policy

InfiToken ("we") builds GPU capacity in Japan and offers it to companies and research institutions. This policy explains what personal information we collect through infitoken.com and our emails, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Reservation form: company, name, role, work email, phone (optional), country, and the capacity details you enter.
- Business contact details: to reach out to companies and labs, we use business email addresses and names that organisations publish themselves (for example on their websites).
- Link and page events: when you open a personal link from one of our emails or view the reservation form, we record the time, the page, your country (from your IP address), your browser's user-agent and your network operator's name. We store a one-way hash of your IP address only to limit form spam.
- Cookies: only one, which remembers your language choice. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our emails contain no open-tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to your reservation and discuss GPU capacity with you.
- To send a small number of business emails about our capacity to people whose roles make it relevant, and to stop when asked.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and emails are useful.
We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Who processes it
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and database), Microsoft 365 (email), and Instantly (sending and managing business email). These providers may store data in the United States or other countries. We may also share information with our project partners and prospective financiers in Japan when it's needed to arrange your capacity, under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
Reservation details are kept while we're discussing capacity with you and for up to three years after. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address only on a suppression list so we don't contact you again.
Your choices and rights
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, or reply "unsubscribe".
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to hello@infitoken.com.
- California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
- If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
